If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product was not used, worn, or washed
- The product was not damaged.

You are responsible for return shipping cost, unless we have made a mistake with your order. Shipping is non-refundable and any items exchanged will be charged another shipping fee.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@heritagehug.com.
